We are doing a platform-wide refresh to help sellers like you bring your items back into visibility.

If your item is still available, a quick relist can help it reach the right buyers again.

1. Why is Kifaayat doing this refresh?

We noticed that older listings often stop getting views, even if the item is still available.

Refreshing them helps buyers feel confident that the seller is active.

2. How does this help me?

This improves your chances of selling:
• Your item becomes easier to discover
• Buyers are more likely to trust and click
• You get better quality enquiries

3. My item is still available. What should I do?

Simply create a new listing. This brings your item back into active circulation.

4. Why not just keep my old listing?

Older listings slowly move down and get fewer clicks. Relisting helps your item feel current again.

5. Do I need to change anything?

You do not have to change anything at all. You can relist using exactly what you already have: the same photos, the same description, the same price. If you want to make small improvements at the same time, that is entirely optional and can help, but it is not a condition of relisting.

6. What are easy improvements I can make?

7. I did not get enquiries earlier. Will this make a difference?

8. What happens if I do nothing?

Your listing will remain closed, so buyers will not be able to find it and can’t purchase it. 

9. Is my account or payment affected?

No. Everything stays the same.

10. Can I relist later?

Yes, anytime. 

11. Can I reuse my old listing content?

Yes. You can reuse the images and description details and make small improvements if you like.
