How does shipping work?

Modified on Sat, 29 Aug at 10:05 AM

Who pays for shipping?

You as the buyer pays for shipping. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. These may vary seller to seller and item to item as the seller determines the shipping cost for the listing (not Kifaayat).

Who ships my order?

The seller is responsible for shipping the item directly to you. Kifaayat does not handle shipping or fulfillment.

What happens after I purchase something?

Once your payment is completed, the seller is notified and is responsible for preparing and shipping the item to you. They must dispatch the item in 5 business days of accepting your transaction.

Sellers should use a tracked shipping method and must provide a tracking ID to you once they mark it as delivered on Kifaayat.

Can I arrange pickup instead of shipping?

Yes, where the seller has made pickup available.

Payment must still be completed through Kifaayat before pickup , even for local collections.

Can I arrange shipping directly with the seller outside Kifaayat?

Shipping is arranged directly between buyer and seller. However, payment must remain on Kifaayat.

Do not agree to pay a seller separately for shipping outside of the platform.
