Kifaayat does not ship items, this is done directly by the seller and they may choose their own shipping provider. However, we highly recommend that a recorded delivery is used (such as Australia Post) and it the seller must include the shipping cost as part of their listing.
The seller must provide a tracking number to the buyer once the item has been shipped, failure to do so may lead to the seller not receiving their payment.
Both the seller and buyer can communicate via our communication portal on what shipping method is best suited for the item. We do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.
