Why has my listing been closed or my account banned without my notice?

We take the quality of our sellers and listing very seriously as this impacts our buyer experience. We monitor all transactions very carefully. 


Your listing will be automatically closed if:


1. You have not responded to a customer in over 1 month of an enquiry sent about an item; or 


2. You have not responded to a customer's purchase request in a timely manner; and/or


3. You have not responded to any of our reminder emails to reply to a customer/potential customer. 


You account will automatically be banned if: 


1. You have attempted to do an offline transaction; or 


2. Behaved inappropriately with a customer or seller; or 


3. You have listed fraudulent items or fake items on the platform.
