If a seller has enabled offers on their listing, you will see a Make an Offer button on the listing page.
1. Tap Make Offer.
2. Enter the amount you would like to offer.
3. Submit your offer.
The seller will receive a notification and can accept, decline or let the offer expire. You will be notified of their response.
