Are all items sanitised, washed or dry-cleaned?

For clothing items, we recommend that sellers dry clean their clothing items before listing them. For accessories, jewellery and footwear, we recommend sanitising these items before listing them. Sellers are required to tell you if the item has been dry-cleaned / sanitised from the drop-down they have to complete. You can contact the seller via our communication portal to clarify whether or not the item has been dry-cleaned.
