How to Buy - quick guide with screenshots

Step 1:

Find your favourite pre-loved item on Kifaayat using our search functionality. If you have any questions about a particular product, you can contact the seller directly via our secure messaging platform.

Step 2:

Once you've found the pre-loved item you want to purchase, select the shipping method and click "Buy now". You will be taken to the payments section.

Step 3:

You can purchase your item via your credit or debit card. We use a secure platform named Stripe. The seller will receive a notification and once shipped, they will send you the tracking number. You can message the seller directly via Kifaayat if you have any queries about the item.

Step 4:

Once you've received the item, be sure to mark that you have receive the item, so the seller receives their payment. You will then be prompted to write a review for the seller. Contact us on [email protected] if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction conducted outside of the Kifaayat platform (e.g. via bank details, PayID, direct text messages etc.) will not be supported for any disputes.
