How to Sell - quick guide with screenshots

Step 1:

Once you've created an account, taken photos and measurements of your pre-loved item, you can list it on Kifaayat in less than 2 minutes. Take good quality photos showing (including close ups showing any defects and embroidery). Refer to our Seller Handbook for tips.

Step 2:

Your listing will be approved within 1 business day. Make sure you have at least x2 photos per listing and your payment details connected so you can receive payments for customers. We use Bank Details (via Stripe) for secure transactions.

Step 3:

Once someone is ready to purchase your item, you must approve the request (if it is no longer available, you can decline and close the listing).

You can communicate with the seller and provide tracking details via our secure messaging portal.

Step 4:

Once the buyer has received their item, they will mark the transaction as complete and you will receive your final payment. You can then leave each other feedback.

PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction conducted outside of the Kifaayat platform (e.g. via bank details, PayID, direct text messages etc.) will not be supported for any disputes.
