I purchased an item but the Seller has not responded

We closely monitor all transactions on our marketplace and send reminder SMSs/emails to all of our sellers/lenders. If they do not respond after 3 days of you making the purchase, we will issue a refund. 


PLEASE NOTE: This only applies if a transaction is made directly on the Kifaayat platform using our secure payments. If you have made a bank transfer, PayID, Zelle, PayPal or any other transaction outside of the Kifaayat platform, we cannot assist you.
