How to Rent - quick guide with screenshots

Step 1

Find your favourite rental item on Kifaayat using our search functionality. If you have any questions about a particular item, you can contact the lender directly via our secure messaging platform.

Step 2

Once you have found the item you want to rent, click "book now" and select the dates you want to rent it out for. You will be asked to provide payments details to pre-authorise a transaction. If the lender declines the transaction, the payment will be reverted back to you.

Step 3

You can rent your item via your credit or debit card. We use a secure platform named Stripe for this. The lender will need to accept the transaction. Once they've accepted, you can liaise with each other to discuss shipping method.

Step 4

Once you've return the item with a tracked ID and the lender has received it, be sure to leave a review for the lender.

PLEASE NOTE: Any transaction conducted outside of the Kifaayat platform (e.g. via bank details, PayID, direct text messages etc.) will not be supported for any disputes.
